- High Uniformity Tube Furnace •
- The TBU series utilizes three zones of control, one master and two slaves to provide guaranteed high uniformity over the wok zone.
- Bench Mounted or Floor Standing •
- The L&L TBU series is available as a space saving bench mounted furnace or a floor standing model.
- Atmosphere Control •
- The TBU series is designed to be used with multiple process gas control systems from inert to 100% Hydrogen with required flame safeties.
