- The QTS model is tailored for use with light polymer or rust-inhibited water as quench media. It features an epoxy-coated carbon steel body, quench heater, and an agitator with a TEFC motor. An optional hinged lid is available for added convenience and safety during quenching operations.
- QTW - For use with Water •
- The QTW model is specifically designed for water quenching, featuring a stainless steel body, quench heater, and an agitator with a TEFC motor. An optional hinged lid adds convenience and safety, making it an ideal choice for efficient water quenching processes.
- QTO - For use with Oil •
- The QTO model is specifically designed for oil quenching, featuring an epoxy-coated carbon steel body, quench heater, and an agitator with an explosion-proof motor. A standard hinged lid adds safety and convenience, making it ideal for handling flammable quench media in demanding applications.
